Returns & Exchanges

At Madam Muse, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with their original packaging and tags into the shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
